Thank you for the incredible support on our latest drop. The response was far beyond anything we expected!
Unfortunately, the paid Shopify preorder app did not properly enforce our pre-order inventory limits during the launch. Due to the extremely high volume of orders placed within minutes, Shopify's order notifications were delayed, which prevented the app from enforcing the preorder limits in time. As a result, some orders had to be cancelled and refunded.
We sincerely apologize to everyone affected.
The good news is that we've already implemented a new solution for future drops, so purchase limits will be enforced much more reliably.
The website is now fully operational, and all current valid orders will be fulfilled as planned.
