Will you be offering future releases, and can I be notified?
We plan to carry all new releases as they become available! The best way to stay informed about upcoming releases, restocks, and availability is to enter your email in the signup form at the bottom of our main page. That way, you’ll be among the first to know when something new arrives!
Where are you located?
We’re proudly located in Kamloops, BC, and we ship anywhere across Canada!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at Desert City Games in Kamloops, BC.
We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please be ready to show your order confirmation email at the counter.
- Weekly pickup: Order by Thursday at 5:00 PM for pickup by Friday morning.
- Some orders may be ready sooner, we'll notify you as soon as they're ready.
- If you can't pick up on Friday, your order will remain available on subsequent days.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders across Canada. Orders are carefully inspected and packed before shipping to help protect your items during transit.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit, including rips, tears, dents, crushed packaging, or other shipping damage.
When will my pre-order be available?
We aim to have all pre-orders ready to ship or available for pickup by the expected release date. While we do our best to stay on schedule, occasional delays may occur. If there are any delays or changes to the expected date, we’ll keep you updated.
When you place an order containing a pre-order item, all items in your order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. For example, if your pre-order is expected to ship in one month, you will need to wait until then for the entire order to ship.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order.
Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, a cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees from the original transaction.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a $25 flat-rate shipping fee across Canada. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $300.
